Director of Business Valuation / Certified Valuation Analyst

Robert is a member of Reliant’s leadership team, overseeing valuation operations and bringing over a decade of experience in business valuation and client engagement. Beginning his career as a Junior Financial Analyst and progressing to Director of Business Valuations, he has firsthand experience with the firm’s growth. This journey has sharpened his skills in compiling and reviewing detailed reports, while also building and maintaining meaningful client relationships. Robert regularly engages with lenders, business owners, and financial professionals, offering insights that extend beyond traditional valuation metrics. He has attended and presented at numerous industry conferences, building a network of professional connections across the country. He earned his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA in 2016 and holds a B.S. in Management with a minor in Finance from The College of New Jersey.

Yesenia Mirrione

Director of Processing and Billing

Yesenia is a member of Reliant’s leadership team, overseeing both the Processing and Billing departments. She ensures daily operations run smoothly and that clients always feel supported and prioritized. With a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, she is also deeply committed to maintaining strong client relationships while managing the firm’s internal bookkeeping. Yesenia holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Matthew Lore, CVA

Senior Vice President / Certified Valuation Analyst

Matt is a member of Reliant’s leadership team, overseeing a team of appraisers and delivering high-quality valuations. Matt joined Reliant in 2014 after earning his B.S. in Economics from The College of New Jersey. He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation through NACVA and was recognized with their prestigious 30 Under Thirty Award. In addition to overseeing appraisal operations, Matt contributes to company planning, key initiatives, and team culture.

Michael Schykerynec, ASA, CMEA

Director of Machinery & Equipment Operations / Accredited Senior Appraiser / Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser

Mike is a member of Reliant’s leadership team and a key contributor to the equipment appraisal division, conducting in-depth research and preparing detailed machinery and equipment appraisal reports. He holds the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser designation from the NEBB Institute and is accredited by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in Machinery and Technical Specialties. With nearly 10 years of experience, Mike provides trusted appraisals for SBA lenders nationwide. He earned a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in Economics from The College of New Jersey.

Ben Varone, CVA

Senior Vice President / Certified Valuation Analyst

Ben oversees a team of appraisers and is involved in many aspects of the valuation process. He graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Accounting, and holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA.

Todd Kutcher, ASA

Senior Vice President / Accredited Senior Appraiser

Todd contributes across multiple aspects of the valuation process and firm operations. He joined Reliant in 2018 and has prepared valuations for a variety of purposes, collaborating with lenders, business owners, accountants, and attorneys. Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Actuarial Sciences from The College of New Jersey. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation and was honored as a 2022 NACVA 30 Under Thirty recipient. Todd also regularly presents to clients and appraisers on various valuation issues.

JoAnna DiCicco, CVA

Vice President / Certified Valuation Analyst

JoAnna conducts in-depth financial analysis throughout the valuation process. She graduated from The College of New Jersey’s Honors Program with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Professional Writing. Before joining Reliant, JoAnna worked as a mortgage underwriter. She holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA and was named a 2023 30 Under Thirty honoree.

John Milnes, CVA

Vice President / Certified Valuation Analyst

John conducts in-depth financial analysis throughout the valuation process. Before joining Reliant, he worked as an SBA credit analyst. John graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance. He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA and was named a 2023 30 Under Thirty honoree.

Ross Blanchard, ASA

Director of Equipment Appraisals / Accredited Senior Appraiser 

Ross brings over a decade of experience in machinery and equipment appraisals to Reliant Business Valuation. A graduate of Cornell College, Ross is a trusted expert in M&E appraisals throughout the Midwest and nationwide. He is accredited by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) in Equipment Appraisal. The esteemed ASA designation is reflective of his expertise gained from over a decade of providing trusted machinery and equipment appraisals to SBA lenders across the U.S.

Katie Coakley

Vice President / Marketing and Office Management

Katie oversees the Processing team and plays a key role in administrative operations, marketing initiatives, and accounts receivable collection. She supports cross-functional initiatives that enhance client experience and internal efficiency. Katie graduated from Ramapo College with a B.A. in Social Science and brings over five years of customer service experience to her role.

Financial Analyst

Ally conducts in-depth financial analysis throughout the valuation process. She graduated from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Matt conducts in-depth financial analysis throughout the valuation process. He graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance. Matt holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA and was named a 2024 30 Under Thirty honoree.

Daniel Mullen

Equipment Research Analyst

Dan conducts in-depth research for the equipment appraisal division. Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S in Business Analytics and Information Technology.

Timothy Rusli

Research Analyst / Business Technology Liaison

Timothy conducts in-depth industry and economic research to provide key insights that support accurate business valuations. He also leads the development and optimization of Reliant’s web-based project management application, improving functionality and user experience. Timothy acts as a link between business needs and technology to drive strategic enhancements aligned with company goals. He graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Applied Mathematics.

Cibely Leguizamon

Valuation Processor

Cibely is part of the Valuation Processing team and is responsible for collecting financials, analyzing information, and ensuring a superior client experience. She graduated from Felician University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business. Prior to joining Reliant, Cibely worked as a coordinator for a COVID-19 related clinic and resource center for Hudson County.

James Gilbride

Equipment Research Analyst

James conducts detailed research for Reliant’s equipment appraisal division and performs extensive industry and economic analysis for the business valuation team. He graduated from Moravian University with a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Accounting.

Mia Carley

Financial Analyst

Mia conducts in-depth financial analysis within the valuation process. She graduated from the Rutgers Camden School of Business and earned a B.A. in Business Administration.

Phil Acinapuro

Financial Analyst

Phil conducts in-depth financial analysis within the valuation process. Phil graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Management and concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Jordan Hawk

Valuation Processor

Jordan is a part of the Valuation Processing team and is responsible for collecting financials, analyzing information, and ensuring a superior client experience. She graduated magna cum laude from Moravian University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to joining Reliant, Jordan has worked in various customer service and satisfaction positions.
